Below is a list of the junior coaching times. The ages shown are just a guide - It is your grade that decides which coaching groups you attend. For more information about grades click here.

Mondays:

4pm - 5pm - Red (new) Sign up

4:45pm - 5:45 pm - Red/Orange

5:45pm - 6:45pm - Tennis

Wednesdays:

4:30pm - 5:30pm - Red (new)

5:30pm - 6:30pm - Orange

6:30pm - 7:30pm - Tennis

Thursday:

4:30pm - 5:30pm - Red

4:30pm - 5:30pm - Orange

6:30pm - 7:30pm - Performance Squad

Saturday:

9am - 9:50am - Performance Red

10am - 11am - Red

11am - 12pm - Orange/Green

12pm - 1pm - Tennis

Adult Coaching

Tuesdays:

6.30pm - 7.30pm -Ladies (All levels)

Fridays:

6pm - 7pm Beginners

7pm - 8.30pm All Levels

Saturdays:

1pm - 2.30pm All Levels

Sundays:

9.30am - 11am

Costs per adults are five pounds per 1 hour sesson and seven pounds per 1 1/2 hour session.

Individual Lessons:

These can be arranged by contacting either of the coaches.
